Salchicha con huevos estrellados de nati en Grocie. Para 1.

Ingredientes

• 3 qty Tomato
• 1 qty Serrano pepper
• 1 qty Onion
• 1 pack Salchicha
• 1 qty Caldo de pollo consomé
• 1 Qty Salt

Pasos

1. Slice the salchichas and finely chop the tomatoes, serrano pepper, onion, and cilantro.
2. Add the chopped tomatoes,onion and serrano pepper to the pan. Sauté for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Add 2 teaspoons of caldo de pollo consomé and 1 teaspoon of salt. Stir well and let everything cook together for 3–5 minutes so the flavors combine.
4. In a pan over medium heat, add a little oil and cook the sliced salchichas until lightly browned.
5. Add the chopped cilantro and stir.
